Florida: Lee County Commissioners Proclaim Strong Support for Eretz Yisroel, Jewish Community
At an overflowing proclamation ceremony, Lee County, Florida commissioners presented Chabad Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Southwest Florida with a proclamation proclaiming their strong support for Eretz Yisroel and the Jewish Community of Southwest Florida, with June being Jewish American Heritage Month.
At an overflowing proclamation ceremony, Lee County, Florida commissioners presented Chabad Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Southwest Florida with a proclamation proclaiming their strong support for Eretz Yisroel and the Jewish Community of Southwest Florida, with June being Jewish American Heritage Month.
Rabbi Minkowicz thanked the Commissioners for creating a peaceful community for all to Live and Enjoy.
After the ceremony, Rabbi Minkowicz put on Tefillin with Jewish community members who came out for the event right outside the county building on the front lawn.
