President Trump signed an executive order permitting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to deport foreign pro-Hamas University students from America

Washington D.C. – Within hours after the inauguration, President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order permitting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) along with their agencies which include Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to deport foreign pro-Hamas students who protested and rioted after October 7, on college campuses and universities across the nation. During the campaign trail, Trump revealed that this will be one of his top-priorities.

Trump said, he will expel foreign students from American soil—who come to our great and welcoming country with a hateful view of America.

The deportation of students and other foreign nationals are for those who express support for terrorist organizations that are officially designated as such by the US government.

“One thing I do is [that] any student that protests—I [will] throw them out of the country. You know, there are a lot of foreign students.” Trump said.

The president’s executive order which is titled, Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security and Public Safety Threats, declares “It is the policy of the United States to protect its citizens from aliens who intend to commit terrorist attacks, threaten our national security, espouse hateful ideology, or otherwise exploit the immigration laws for malevolent purposes.”

The executive order also puts stricter enforcement on approving student visas from international students

“To protect Americans, the United States must be vigilant during the visa-issuance process to ensure that those aliens approved for admission into the United States do not intend to harm Americans or our national interests.”
