Friday morning, terrorists opened fire at a bulletproof minibus in the Binyamin area, near the towns of Dolev and Talmon.

IDF soldiers responding got into a large-scale shootout with the terrorist on the nearby hills, One soldier was critically injured, two were seriously injured, and four others were moderately and lightly injured. The injured were evacuated to Beilinson Hospital and Sheba Medical Center.

It took nearly five hours for security forces to eliminate the terrorists. they were eliminated by an IAF combat attack helicopter who shot a Metator missile at the terrorist.

A similar terror attack took place on Thursday in Gush Etzion, no injuries were reported.

Despite past promises by the IDF that they would remain at checkpoints in Hawara, residents of nearby Yishuvim suddenly noticed on Friday morning that the IDF positions in the village were empty of security forces.

Following the withdrawal of the security forces that secured the road and village, nearby residents from the Yishuv Gav Hahar announced today that they will come to man the checkpoints themselves. A short time ago, the residents arrived at the scene and began securing the axis on their own.
