Menorah Lighting Ceremony At The Lakewood Police Department HQ
A Chanukah event and Menorah lighting ceremony took place today at the Lakewood Police Department headquarters
Lakewood, NJ – A Chanukah event and Menorah lighting ceremony took place today at the Lakewood Police Department headquarters.
Lakewood Police Chief Gregory Meyer and police captains hosted the annual event.
Deputy Mayor Menashe Miller, Lakewood Committee Members Debbie Fuentes, Meir Lichtenstein and Isaac Akerman, among other township officials were in attendance.
Many community leaders and directors from local volunteer organizations and first responders agencies were invited by the Lakewood Police Department to join the Menorah Lighting ceremony, including:
Lakewood EMS, Lakewood First Aid, Lakewood Fire Department, Chaveirim, Misaskim, Bikur Cholim.
LPD Community Affairs Liaison Bentzi Inzelbuch, Chaplains Yankel Wenger and Sruly Bursztyn, Motty Twerski of Hatzolah Central Jersey, Pinny Werner of Shomrim and Shragi Pinter among other askanim.
