Since loosening restrictions, New Jersey and New York have implemented many ‘Gun-Free’ zones, making it a felony crime for licensed permit holders to carry their firearms in many designated locations. The NYS Jewish Gun Club is challenging many of these ‘Gun-Free’ zone restrictions, which ban legal permit holders, in court.
