New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenney was honored over her steadfast commitment to the security of Eretz Yisroel, as it marks just over six months since the horrific terror attacks on Simchas Torah and the subsequent war in Gaza.

Rep. Tenney has supported Eretz Yisroel well before and after the horrific events on Simchas Torah. In the days after the attacks, she stood with the Jewish community by introducing a number of bi-partisan congressional bills to bolster Israel in the wake of the attacks, including restocking the Iron Dome and preventing International organizations from funding terrorist organizations.

Recently, the Congresswoman released a bill that would recognize the Yehuda and Shomron as part of Eretz Yisroel and would force the U.S. State Department to use the term “Judea and Samaria” instead of the “West Bank.”

On Wednesday night, she was proudly honored by the Israel Heritage Foundation (IHF) and received the Cup of Blessing award, for her loyal support for the Jewish community during these trying times.

The event started with a joint prayer for the safe return of the hostages, including several Americans still held by Hamas terrorists, including several Americans, and highlighted the congresswoman’s recent introduction of the Judea and Samaria Act.

In her acceptance speech, Rep. Tenney thanked the Israel Heritage Foundation and reiterated her commitment to standing with the Jewish community. She affirmed, “I will always stand with the Jewish community and the State of Israel because the truth is the only path to peace. I will continue to speak out against the scourge of anti-Semitism that is resurging in America and will advocate for America’s greatest ally in the Middle East – the State of Israel.”
