Far Rockaway: Republican Activists Unite in Support for Assembly Candidate

Activists from around New York City, joined the Republican candidate for NYS Assembly on a campaign tour around Far Rockaway and the greater Queens community

Queens, NY. On Sunday despite the heavy rain, dozens of activists from around New York City, joined Tom Sullivan the Republican candidate for NYS Assembly District 23, on a campaign tour around Far Rockaway and the greater Queens community.

Rallying in support for Sullivan on the campaign trail, was Frum NYS Assemblyman Ari Brown, Curtis Sliwa of the Guardian Angels, activist Izzy Weiss and former NYC Councilman Ari Kagan, among many others—part of the Queens Caucus and the New York Young Republican Club.

In a statement to FrumNews.com, Izzy Weiss stated:

  • Had a great time stumping for Tom out in Far Rockaway. There are many reasons to like Tom Sullivan the candidate, but as a person, he’s got precisely the kind of character we need in office. Tom is a fantastic guy and will make for a great Assemblyman. Proud to stand with him. I am looking forward to seeing Tom victorious come November 5th! Weiss concluded.

Former City Council Member Ari Kagan said:

  • “It’s great to campaign in Far Rockaway for my friend, American veteran, successful business owner and great community leader Tom Sullivan for Assembly.” Ari Kagan shared.

Ari Brown, the Republican Assembly Member just over the city lines—of the neighboring 5 Towns in Nassau County. Who recently endorsed Tom, released a statement to FrumNews.com
