Mass-Casualty incident in Israel, Tehillim Alert!
UPDATE: An Israeli man was killed in this terrorist attack, HY”D. Many remain in critical condition.
Tel Aviv, Israel – Sunday morning an Arab terrorist rammed a large truck at a high-rate of speed, into a crowded bus-stop just as passengers were exiting an Egged bus at the Glilot junction near a IDF military base, just north of Tel Aviv. The terrorist driver ym”s exited the truck with a large knife and was shot dead by armed Israeli bystanders.
40 people were wounded, many in critical condition that were trapped under the truck.
Due to the nature of the incident IDF Home Front Command rescue teams have been deployed to help free victims trapped under the truck.
MDA helicopters and tens of Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah ambulances are evacuating the wounded.
United Hatzalah’s Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit are also providing assistance at the scene to several people who suffered from emotional shock from the graphic nature of this attack.
This is the second to highest number of injured Israelis in a single incident, since the October 7th massacre on Simchas Torah last year.
