Father of Hostage Won’t Leave 770 Until His Son Freed From Gaza
Avi Ohana, the Father of Yosef Ohana, made a future Seudas Hoda’a in 770 tonight – for the future return of his son, who is currently held in captivity in Gaza by Hamas. Yosef studied in Chabad schools in Eretz Yisroel, and he came to the Lubavitcher Rebbe for Tishrei, a number of years ago.
Avi Ohana, the Father of Yosef Ohana, made a future Seudas Hoda’a in 770 tonight – for the future return of his son, who is currently held in captivity in Gaza by Hamas.
Ohana was part of the group of families of hostages who visited the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s Ohel in New York and Washington, DC last week. When the charter flight with families of the hostages was going to go back, he decided he would stay by the Rebbe and would not return until his son was free.
Avi Farbrenged with passion about how the Rebbe is with us and loves every Yid, and that you can’t live without the Rebbe. He also recounted some miracle stories he personally experienced with the Rebbe.
Beis Chabad of 770 surprised him with pictures of his son who visited 770, a number of years ago.
“I came to the Rebbe because I believe with full Emunah that my son is the son of the Rebbe, and the Rebbe will help me,” he said. “And in the merit of this Emunah, may it be Hashem’s will that my son and all the hostages will be released to life and good days, from captivity to freedom, immediately, now!”
