Police were at the scene as rockets fell in the vicinity of the city of Tzfas. and fires broke out in several places. Firefighters were on the scene as two fires that broke out due to the rocket strikes. Power outages were also reported in Tzfas.
The IDF said that following the sirens that sounded regarding rocket and missile launches in northern Israel in the past hour, approximately 35 launches were identified crossing from Lebanon. The IDF Aerial Defense Array successfully intercepted most of the launches. No injuries were reported.
In retaliation, IAF fighter jets struck a Hezbollah military structure in the area of Ramyeh. In addition, an IAF aircraft eliminated two Hezbollah terrorist operatives that were identified in the area of At Tiri in southern Lebanon.

The attack comes as Hezbollah terrorists recently escalated their attacks on northern Eretz Yisroel, sending thousands of rockets and drones at the Yishuvim in the north. This led to IDF forces returning fire and sending the Air Force to wipe out Hezbollah positions and terrorist infrastructure near the border.
The IDF recently approved operational plans for an offensive in Lebanon and decisions were taken on the continuation of increasing the readiness of troops in the field.
