Eilat, Israel – On Sunday morning, the terrorists Houthis launched a Drone attack from Yemen on Israel’s Ramon International Airport, located north of Eilat. Most drones were intercepted by the Israel Air Force (IAF), one drone hit the airport, the explosion resulted in two injuries and extensive damage to the terminal building.
All flights were halted for several hours in and out of Israel’s Ramon Airport, the second to busiest airport in the country, flights resumed later Sunday afternoon.
During the Drone attack on Israel this morning, several flights that were en-route to Eilat, were diverted to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion airport.

I wish El Al had direct flights to Toronto. I don’t understand why the new CEO cancelled them. It’s not fair. Their planes were full and definitely will be full in this situation. Surely they would still make a profit. How much of a profit do they need. They were running direct flights to Toronto for years. Why stop?!!!!!
