Healthcare company seeking an Accountant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience with financial reporting software.

The Accountant will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with reviews/ audits, compliance reporting and maintaining the accounting records.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interim financial statements and management reports.

• Conducts analytical reviews of the Company’s balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows as well as an overall business perspective.

• Coordinates and assists in annual/quarterly preparation of compliance reporting (cost reporting, bed tax etc.)

• Participates in the quarterly and year-end external audit process including the preparation and

• • compilation of audit support materials and communication with external audit team.

  • Ensures the Company maintains compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting

• Experience with financial reporting software, such as PCC, QuickBooks, or Sage

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
