Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This remote role combines graphic design expertise with social media management to elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics using extensive brand assets for campaigns, ads, and social media.
• Manage social media platforms, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and running paid ad campaigns.
• Brainstorm and execute marketing strategies for holidays and year-round events.
• Collaborate daily with the team to develop fresh, creative ideas.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Edit basic videos and organize online webinars (a plus).
• Take ownership of tasks, demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in both graphic design and social media marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and successful social media campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, positive, and intelligent with excellent organizational skills.
• Energetic and motivated to work under guidance, with a strong desire to grow professionally.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
• Experience in healthcare marketing (strongly preferred).
