Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Coordination Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team, visit patients, fill out necessary documentation, and handle de-escalation to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of service coordinators
• Visit patients and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• De-escalate situations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to de-escalate situations and handle conflicts
• Experience in service coordination or a related field is preferred
