Service (CDPAP) Coordinator

Date: June 26, 2024 Location: Boro Park

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers and caregivers, demonstrating
professionalism and care in handling inquiries.
 Manage all incoming calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
 Process payroll for consumers and caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness.
 Oversee the accurate and organized documentation of consumer and caregiver records,
ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Requirements:
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task
 Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.
