Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Project Manager to keep our marketing team on track, ensure seamless execution, and drive efficiency across all campaigns. You’ll oversee a team of 15, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from planning to execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in project logistics, and knows how to keep teams accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

  • Lead and oversee marketing project workflows, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage task assignments and team coordination using tools like Asana.
  • Ensure clear communication between marketing, sales, creative, and product teams.
  • Hold team members accountable for deliverables, timelines, and attendance.

Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage the logistics of events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Process Improvement

  • Monitor project progress and marketing KPIs, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team productivity.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the team, driving professional growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing project management or operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and holding them accountable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, reporting dashboards).
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and optimize marketing processes.
