Department & Position Overview:
The Senior Director of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) will lead the team with a focus on enhancing training, technology, and customer service. You will drive the growth and operational efficiency of our LHCSA, delivering exceptional user experiences while ensuring compliance with New York state laws and regulations. This role combines healthcare expertise, business acumen, and compassionate leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations, quality, and growth initiatives for the LHCSA organization.
• Achieve annual gross profit and client retention goals.
• Lead business development to expand LHCSA operations, including licensing, acquisitions, and training programs.
• Develop and implement metrics and quality control systems to improve patient and aide experiences.
• Manage the nursing arm of the LHCSA, partnering with the Director of Patient Services to enhance care quality.
• Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations and maintain staff training and certification records.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture aligned with core values.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in operations (healthcare, business, customer experience).
• 2+ years of Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a LHCSA Administrator required.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, lead teams, and deliver results.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve home care services.
• Strong interpersonal skills, operational acumen, and leadership qualities.
