Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Management:
    Train, lead, and oversee a team of three sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and drive market penetration.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients, leveraging product knowledge to grow customer loyalty and secure additional business.

  • Market Growth:
    Identify and explore new business opportunities, focusing on underserved areas within the healthcare sector.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Use sales data to analyze metrics, generate reports, and optimize performance for the team and overall operations.

  • Collaborative Campaigns:
    Work closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional efforts for maximum impact.

  • Industry Knowledge:
    Stay informed about trends in medical supplies, competitor activity, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise:
    Proven sales experience in medical wholesale companies such as Medline, McKesson, or Henry Schein is essential.

  • Leadership Skills:
    4+ years of experience managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance goals.
