About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive a team of 10 sales professionals. This is a newly created role focused on developing sales strategies, increasing revenue, and providing strong leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 salespeople to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market expansion and increase profitability.
Set clear sales goals, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay competitive.
Oversee and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
Leadership Experience – Proven success in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Sales Expertise – Strong ability to drive revenue growth and close deals.
Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and execute successful sales plans.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Packaging industry experience preferred, but exceptional candidates from other industries will be considered.
