Position Overview
We are seeking Sales Agency Owners and experienced Sales Representatives to represent our cabinetry product line, expand our market presence, and build lasting relationships with our dealer network. Whether you’re an entrepreneur ready to lead your own agency or an experienced sales professional, this role offers the chance to grow within a respected and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Agency Owner
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to maximize market coverage.
- Open new accounts and onboard them effectively.
- Document meetings and update CRM systems regularly.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers (minimum once every 75 days).
- Expand showroom display real estate and maintain dealer displays and materials.
- Delegate tasks to focus on growing sales and strengthening relationships.
Sales Representative
- Represent our product line to authorized dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Address dealer requests promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide updated showroom photos.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in cabinetry, home improvement, or related fields preferred.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing CRM systems and prioritizing tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally in cabinetry, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing a sales team is required for Agency Owners.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for documentation and account management.
