We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large scale, cross-functional projects from their inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. The Project Manager will be accountable from the beginning with the development of project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall requirements through the execution of the project and therefore the ultimate business impact on the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinating budgets by outlining the project’s scope, goals, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and report on PMO scorecards and performance metrics (KPIs) such as Schedule Variance (SV) and Cost Variance (CV).
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward by assigning clear owners and driving accountability.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
• Manage project teams through accountability principles to ensure projects are on track and provide value.
• Engage with project stakeholders through a regular meeting governance cadence to properly escalate issues, concerns, and risks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in project management or a relevant role.
• High level of analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Efficient time management skills with strong ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Asana, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.) 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
