We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager with property management experience to oversee leasing, delinquencies, AP, and insurance while managing a team of in-office and offshore staff. This role ensures efficient financial and administrative operations across a growing multi-entity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing processes, tenant applications, renewals, and rent collection
- Manage AP, payroll processing, and financial oversight (bookkeeping knowledge required, CPA not necessary)
- Supervise a team of 3-5 in-office staff & 8 offshore employees (Philippines)
- Ensure smooth property operations by handling calls, maintenance requests, and insurance compliance
- Improve efficiency, processes, and property management software usage
Qualifications:
-Real estate or property management experience (leasing, financials, tenant relations)
-Leadership skills – ability to manage teams & hold people accountable
-Strong financial acumen – AP, payroll processing, bookkeeping oversight
-Tech-savvy – knowledge of property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
-Excellent problem-solving & organizational skills
