Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Shift Replenishment Manager to oversee our replenishment team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift, maintaining high safety standards, and managing inventory processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, lead by example, and prioritize the safety and well-being of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of fifty plus replenishment employees during the night shift.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of inventory to meet production demands.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor and report on team performance, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to promoting a safe work environment.
• Ability to work night shifts, from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Mon-Thu four nights a week.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in safety management or a related field.
