Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and highly organized Mid-Level Product and Graphic Designer with the commitment and focus to see projects through from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can provide multiple design options for each project and follow through relentlessly without the need for constant oversight. The position is graphics-focused with an emphasis on 2D line development, though a familiarity with product development, technical textiles, and production processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Variety: Develop 6+ design options per product, with a strong focus on 2D line development.
• Full Project Ownership: Independently manage each project from concept to production, ensuring smooth transitions and timely completions.
• Technical Design Sheets: Create and maintain detailed tech sheets, communicating specifications effectively to production teams.
• Relentless Follow-Up: Ensure that every aspect of the design process is tracked and managed, following up proactively to keep projects on course.
• Hands-On Execution: Collaborate closely with the production team to guarantee that each design aligns with functional and creative standards.
• Organizational Strength: Maintain strict organizational control over multiple projects, ensuring timelines and standards are consistently met.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in product or graphic design, emphasizing practical application and 2D line development.
• Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to follow-up and project management.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay accountable without needing close supervision.
• Proficient in the technical aspects of design, including textiles, materials, and working with factories.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and design specs.
