Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Developer, you’ll work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects across the full stack, with a focus on React/Next.JS. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about advancing their skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to innovative projects. You’ll take the lead on several initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and have plenty of opportunities to push the limits of your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:
  Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, focusing on front-end (React/Next.JS) with back-end exposure in .NET and C# being a plus.

• Creative Problem Solving:
  Apply innovative solutions to complex development challenges, ensuring high-quality and efficient performance across platforms.

• Project Leadership:
  Take ownership of key development projects, working closely with the team to deliver in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Learning & Growth:
  Continuously advance your technical skills, adopting new tools and languages, and staying up to date with industry trends. Embrace opportunities to challenge yourself and push boundaries.

• Collaboration & Teamwork:
  Work effectively within the team, contributing to a happy and collaborative office culture. Participate in discussions and ensure a smooth workflow with both the male and female teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React/Next.JS as the core front-end technology.
• Experience or knowledge of .NET and C# is a plus.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, heimish office environment.
