• Expertise in cost accounting with a specific focus on manufacturing environments, excluding service industries.
• Proficient in product-based industries, particularly in the food or garments sectors.
• Demonstrates comprehensive financial management skills, from daily operations to strategic oversight.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and manage a finance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and manage month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cost accountants to optimize inventory management.
• Maintain accurate financial statements and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations.
• Prepare for leadership progression and potential executive role succession.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Skilled in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
