This role involves overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Home Care Department.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of home care services.
- Manage and support a team of home care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Monitor patient care plans and ensure they are executed effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from patients, families, and staff.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role (5+ yrs preferred) within a home care or health care setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in home care management.
