Reputable home care agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our Home Care Department. This role involves overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Home Care Department.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of home care services.
  • Manage and support a team of home care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Monitor patient care plans and ensure they are executed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from patients, families, and staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role (5+ yrs preferred) within a home care or health care setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in home care management.
