We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Licensed Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrate excellent design and technical skills, and possess the ability to manage projects from conception through completion. Licensure in New York and New Jersey is required; licensure in Florida is a significant advantage.

– *Project Management*: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of landscaping projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

– *Client Interaction*: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide professional advice, and present design proposals.

– *Collaboration*: Work closely with other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cohesive and integrated project outcomes.

– *Sustainability*: Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into landscape designs.

– *Compliance*: Ensure all projects comply with relevant zoning laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

– *Licensure*: Must be a licensed Landscape Architect in New York and New Jersey. Licensure in Florida is a significant plus.
