A large home care agency is seeking an Intake Supervisor to oversee the home healthcare intake process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. No home care experience is required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a successful track record in team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake process for new clients, including assessments and eligibility determination
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers, providing information and addressing concerns

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• No home care experience required
