Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team. The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process of indirect goods and services across the organization, including Production, Software/ IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Professional Services. This role also involves leading and developing a team of buyers, ensuring they deliver on our procurement objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Lead, manage, and develop a full team of buyers, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing performance.
• Responsible for managing indirect spend across departments.
• Monitor market trends and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure the procurement strategy aligns with organizational objectives.
• Manage procurement processes and systems, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement performance and initiatives to senior management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in procurement for 3-5 years, with a focus on indirect procurement.
• Prior experience running strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems, contract management, and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
