Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager with experience in UKG software (formerly Kronos) to lead and manage the deployment of UKG solutions for our clients. The Implementation Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful configuration, implementation, and support of UKG workforce management solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of UKG products, and the ability to provide guidance and training to client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end implementation of UKG solutions, from initial client onboarding to go-live and post-launch support.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
    • Coordinate resources, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  2. Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:

    • Conduct needs assessments to understand client-specific requirements and adapt UKG solutions to meet business needs.
    • Provide consultative guidance to clients, recommending best practices and optimal use of UKG features and modules.
  3. UKG Configuration & Customization:

    • Lead the configuration and customization of UKG applications (Workforce Central, Dimensions, Pro, etc.) based on client requirements.
    • Ensure accurate data migration and integration with existing client systems, collaborating with IT and technical teams.
  4. Training & Documentation:

    • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to empower client teams with knowledge of the UKG platform.
    • Document project requirements, configurations, and implementation processes, ensuring clear handover to support teams.
  5. Issue Resolution & Support:

    • Troubleshoot issues during implementation, working closely with UKG support as needed to resolve technical or functional challenges.
    • Provide post-launch support to address client queries and ensure seamless adoption of the UKG platform.
  6. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Stay current on UKG updates and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience implementing UKG solutions (Workforce Central, Dimensions, Pro) is required.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of UKG configuration, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and tailor UKG solutions effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide and support clients.
  • Training & Documentation: Skilled in developing user-friendly documentation and conducting comprehensive training sessions.
