Wholesale company is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and sourcing, along with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, laws, policies and employee relations. If you are a skilled HR professional with a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, this may be your calling!

Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment and sourcing efforts to attract top talent
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Ensure compliance with HR best practices, laws, and company policies
Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings
Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance
Requirements:

Proven experience in HR recruiting and sourcing
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
Experience with employee relations and disciplinary processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms
Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred
