Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

$125,000 – $175,000 per year (DOE)

Seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. As an outsourced HR Director, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR-DOL laws with company policies, develop and implement HR strategies, and offer strategic advice on compliance, employee relations, and organizational culture.

Key responsibilities include drafting HR documents, overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, and advising clients on best practices in compensation, performance, terminations, and leave management. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse industries, staying at the forefront of HR best practices. Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years of HR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
