We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Coordination Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team of 8-10 care coordinators at our Williamsburg office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless staffing of home care cases, providing permanent caregiver placements for our 8,000+ patients, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in home care staffing coordination and supervisory experience. You will work closely with directors and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient team performance and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 8-10 coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
• Manage the staffing process to guarantee permanent caregiver placements for all cases.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and address challenges promptly.
• Elevate staffing challenges and solutions to directors when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in home care staffing coordination (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
