Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including supply chain and production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and improve overall performance.
• Standardize and document workflows to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and execute improvement initiatives.
• Foster accountability and ensure production and quality goals are consistently met.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize operations.
• Address challenges promptly while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management (wood manufacturing a plus).
• Strong knowledge of production flow, supply chain processes, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve success.
