About Us:

We are a family office managing a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, trusts, and other investments. We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to help us expand our financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

Role Overview:

The Reporting Analyst will handle financial reporting for various investments, including trusts and real estate. This role requires strong Excel skills, an understanding of accounting, and the ability to work with multi-entity structures for estate planning and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for trusts, real estate, and other assets.
• Ensure clear, transparent financial reporting across different entities.
• Assist with estate planning by providing financial insights related to trust ownership and investments.
• Use Excel to manage data, create reports, and analyze financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills (including financial modeling).
• Knowledge of trusts, estate planning, and real estate investments is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex data.
