Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic E-commerce Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for a high-growth e-commerce brand. This role requires an experienced professional who can drive digital marketing efforts, optimize performance across various channels, and develop data-driven strategies to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with deep expertise in paid media, social media, affiliate marketing, SEO, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Growth
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Align marketing objectives with overall business goals and drive performance-based growth.
  • Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Channel & Campaign Management
    Oversee digital marketing channels, including paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), email/SMS, affiliate marketing, and social media.
  • Optimize website conversion rates, pricing strategies, and discount promotions.
  • Manage PR, SEO, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor key KPIs, including ROAS, AOV, CVR, CAC, and LTV, to refine marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, including social media managers, performance strategists, and product category managers.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee community engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and customer interaction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    Utilize analytics to track and optimize marketing campaigns.
    • Continuously test and implement new strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer (DTC).
  • Proven success in leading multi-channel digital marketing efforts.
  • Expertise in paid media, SEO, email/SMS marketing, affiliate programs, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing teams and external agencies.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
