Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to drive sales growth, increase brand visibility, and optimize customer experience. This role covers end-to-end account management, including strategy development, product listing optimization, inventory management, advertising, and customer service. The ideal candidates have expertise with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, e-commerce strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Strategy: Create and implement strategies for growth, visibility, and revenue.
Product Optimization: Optimize listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate fulfillment to prevent stockouts.
Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions to boost ROAS.
Customer Service: Respond to reviews, resolve issues, and collaborate with Amazon representatives.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and protect intellectual property.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce channels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Amazon Seller Central, E-bay, and Shopify
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
