E-commerce Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to oversee our online sales channels and drive growth in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing online accounts and developing and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and Walmart etc.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Amazon Seller Central, E-bay, and Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
