Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Catalog Content Manager with a strong focus on catalog management and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail, experience managing large-scale product catalogs, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A background in using design platforms like 2020 Design and ProKitchen is a huge plus, as our products are featured in these widely-used design software systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product data, ensuring its accuracy, and working closely with third-party vendors to integrate this data into design platforms. You’ll handle key data points such as item codes, technical specifications, drawings, and pricing. Troubleshooting any discrepancies or issues related to catalog uploads or user reports is also a key aspect of this position.

If you have experience with large catalog management and a strong knowledge of 2020 Design or ProKitchen—and possess some coding or programming skills—you’ll be a strong fit for this role. We are also open to molding the right candidate with guidance if they exhibit potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog Development & Oversight:

  • Manage and maintain large, complex catalogs of product data including item codes, technical specifications, drawings, and pricing.
  • Ensure all catalog content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company and industry standards.

• Data Validation & Submission:

  • Validate and submit product data to third-party vendors for integration into 2020 Design and ProKitchen platforms.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate submission of data to ensure smooth integration into design and production systems.

• Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Address and resolve issues users may encounter when uploading catalogs into the company’s ordering system.
  • Investigate and correct any discrepancies reported regarding catalog data, including modification availability or upload errors.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams across engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of data between internal teams and external third parties.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing large catalogs and overseeing data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with 2020 Design and ProKitchen software platforms (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of programming or coding (a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to troubleshoot and rectify catalog-related issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Some experience with coding, programming, or technical troubleshooting.

This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring product data is accurate, current, and seamlessly integrated into the 2020 Design and ProKitchen platforms. You will be the owner of the product data, ensuring its integrity and successful integration into our systems.
