Position Overview:

As the Director of TikTok, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our TikTok marketing strategy. You will lead content creation, ad campaigns, and collaborations with influencers to drive brand growth and engagement. Your role will involve developing a scalable TikTok strategy, managing performance analytics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our TikTok presence aligns with overall business objectives. While the role offers the flexibility to work remotely, preference will be given to candidates near Lakewood, NJ, where our office is located.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead TikTok Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns, focusing on performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Develop Content Strategies: Create innovative and engaging content strategies aligned with TikTok trends to drive brand awareness and follower growth.
  • Build Influencer Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with TikTok influencers and content creators to drive collaborations and brand visibility.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a TikTok content team, and implement a scalable internship program to boost content production.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze TikTok performance data, using insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure TikTok content is effectively integrated and cross-promoted across other social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing TikTok marketing strategies, including content creation and ad campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration with content creators.
  • Experience in developing and managing training or internship programs for content creation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage a growing team.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s ad ecosystem, trends, and user engagement strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
