Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the efforts of our team by building relationships with referral partners, attending community events, networking, and bringing in new clients and providers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional ABA services and supporting children and families in our community. This position requires some travel to attend events, meet with partners, and engage with the community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.

– Community Engagement: Actively participate in and represent Encore ABA at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities.

– Networking: Leverage your professional network to identify and engage potential referral partners and clients.

– Client Acquisition: Strategically attract and secure new clients through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.

– Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that highlight the benefits of our services and our commitment to the community.

– Reporting: Track and report on business development and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve outreach efforts.
