New solar energy provider dedicated to delivering sustainable energy solutions for residential and commercial clients is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and manage our operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of solar services to both residential and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and a passion for renewable energy.

Ideal candidate must have Solar Experience a must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project management for residential and commercial solar installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure optimal performance and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with business development goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team.
