Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and tech-savvy Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our operations for a scalable, efficient, and self-sustaining business. With a focus on scheduling, customer service, and service line management across our commercial and residential divisions, this role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day scheduling, service ticket assignments, and invoice processing, ensuring efficient operations and timely customer service.
• Implement and review software tools like Service Fusion, assessing if they meet business needs and driving systematization efforts.
• Develop and refine processes to support commercial and residential plumbing and sewer service operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
• Lead a team of 10 field crews and 5 office staff, fostering accountability and improving overall team performance.
• Collaborate with the CEO to establish scalable systems and processes that enable sustainable business growth.
• Ensure work orders and invoices are accurate and reflect client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in plumbing, sewer, or service-related industries.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and building accountability.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in software like Service Fusion or similar operational tools.
• Demonstrated success in creating or improving processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
