We are a rapidly growing healthcare company dedicated to delivering high-quality care and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations / COO to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and support our expanding services. Experience in mental and behavioral health is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support growth and operational effectiveness.

• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance regulations.

• Optimize insurance reimbursement, claims, and authorization workflows.

• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent across clinical and administrative roles.

• Set goals, establish KPIs, and drive performance accountability.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient care and resource optimization.

• Interface with legal counsel, review contracts, and support regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations, preferably in mental or behavioral health.

• Strong knowledge of insurance systems, reimbursement, and compliance frameworks.

• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

• Ambitious, growth-focused, and results-driven.

• Experienced in team leadership, staff retention, and organizational scaling.

• Comfortable with financials and able to collaborate with finance teams.

• Direct communicator who provides honest, strategic input.

• Marketing experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus.
