We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and support our expanding services. Experience in Mental and Behavioral Health is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to support growth and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient care and optimize resources.

• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and process improvements.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices across all operational areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to manage teams, drive change, and scale operations.

• Passion for mental health and behavioral health services is a plus.
