Position Summary:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Manage the company’s online presence, including website design, SEO, and social media.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve online visibility and engagement.
• Inspire and motivate the marketing team to achieve their best performance.
• Organize, plan, and oversee the team’s activities to meet goals.
• Hold the team accountable for their responsibilities and deliverables.

Essential Duties:

• Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services.
• Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing or graphic design staff.
• Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, or packaging.
• Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows.
• Resolve problems like copyright infringement or royalty sharing with legal staff.
• Recommend product or process modifications to improve environmental soundness or sustainability.
