A large homecare agency is seeking a highly skilled Director of Coordination.

As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 45 coordinators and ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of home care services.

Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of 45 home care coordination professionals
• Oversee the coordination and scheduling of home care services for clients, ensuring timely and accurate assignment of caregivers based on clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to develop comprehensive care plans that meet individual requirements.

Systems Development:

• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for coordinating home care services, ensuring streamlined communication and documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to optimize operational efficiency and service quality.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor the delivery of care services and adherence to established protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in home care or healthcare coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective systems and processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
