The Ideal Candidate
- A proven construction leader who thrives on managing multiple high-value projects at once.
- Experienced in ground-up construction, historic renovations, and mixed-use developments.
- A strategic thinker who can oversee vendor negotiations, contract execution, and process optimization.
- Strong people leader, capable of motivating teams and managing project managers, supers, and subcontractors.
- Comfortable working directly with owners and stakeholders, handling large-scale budgets, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all active projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and execution stay on track.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, site supers, and assistant supers.
- Handle contract negotiations, vendor management, and change orders.
• Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices. - Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards across all job sites.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Optimize staffing and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction leadership experience, overseeing large-scale developments ($20M+ per project).
- Expertise in ground-up, mixed-use, historic rehabs, and commercial fit-outs.
- Strong budgeting, financial planning, and contract negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple direct reports and large project teams.
- Deep understanding of zoning, permitting, and compliance.

- Executive-level construction management experience.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects while keeping teams organized and efficient.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset, with strong decision-making skills.
