We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development/Marketer to lead our marketing and sales team.

The Director will oversee a team of six marketers/salespeople, driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), along with experience managing a team

*Key Responsibilities:*

– *Leadership & Management:*

– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six marketers/salespeople.

– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

– Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

– *Business Development:*

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.

– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

– *Marketing Strategy:*

– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services.

– Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital strategies.

– Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive results.

– Develop strategies to effectively market and promote our services within the MLTC framework.

– *Collaboration & Communication:*

– Work closely with the executive team to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

– Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

– Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance.

*Qualifications:*

– Extensive knowledge of Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) and its regulations.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet targets.

– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
